AN ACT relating to insurance.
     Amend KRS 304.9-051 to clarify that an insurer that is authorized to transact business in this state is not considered to be acting as an administrator; create a new section of Subtitle 9 of KRS Chapter 304 to state that an insurer acting as an administrator shall be subject to KRS 304.9-371 to KRS 304.9-377.
