AN ACT relating to complementary and alternative medicine.
     Amend various sections of KRS Chapter 311B to prohibit any person from holding himself out as a licensed or certified naturopath or acupuncturist; prohibit a person from practicing naturopathy or acupuncture unless licensed or certified; establish requirements for licensing or certification; establish the practitioner's scope of practice; prohibit a certified naturopath from performing minor surgical procedures; set out board duties to include establishing qualifications, holding hearings, issuing, renewing, suspending, and denying licenses and establishing fees.
