AN ACT relating to the University of Kentucky.
     Create a new section of KRS 164.100 to 164.280 to require the University of Kentucky band to play the official state song "My Old Kentucky Home" before all football and basketball games in venues in Fayette County that hold 15,000 or more patrons and to display the flags of the United States of America and the Commonwealth.
