AN ACT relating to crimes and punishments.
     Amend KRS 189.993, regarding penalties for traffic violations, to increase the penalties for second offense violations of KRS 189.505, which prohibits drag racing, and to allow for forfeiture of the vehicle involved in the second offense if the vehicle is owned by the offender.
