AN ACT relating to crimes and punishments.
     Amend KRS 525.010 to define "detention facility"; amend KRS 525.020 relating to riot in the first degree to increase penalty from Class D to Class C felony when crime occurs in a detention facility; amend KRS 525.030 relating to riot in the second degree to increase penalty from Class A misdemeanor to Class D felony when crime occurs in a detention facility; amend KRS 525.040 relating to inciting to riot to increase penalty from Class A misdemeanor to Class D felony when crime occurs in a detention facility.
