AN ACT relating to crimes and punishments.
     Amend KRS 525.010 to define "detention facility"; amend KRS 525.050 relating to unlawful assembly to increase penalty from Class B misdemeanor to Class A misdemeanor if crime occurs in a detention facility; amend KRS 525.060 relating to disorderly conduct to increase penalty from Class B misdemeanor to Class A misdemeanor if crime occurs in a detention facility; amend KRS 525.160 relating to failure to disperse to increase penalty from Class B misdemeanor to Class A misdemeanor if crime occurs in a detention facility.
