AN ACT relating to the Capitol and Capitol Annex.
     Amend KRS 56.463 to provide that if a majority of the members of the Legislative Research Commission approve, the legislative branch may occupy additional space in the Capitol Annex; provide that until such a vote by LRC, the Finance Cabinet shall continue to determine the occupancy of the space.
