     Amend statutory sections relating to legislative procedures that are established by the Rules of the Senate and House of Representatives; amend KRS 6.350, relating to actuarial analyses for bills relating to public retirement systems; amend KRS 6.948, relating to financial impact statements for bills with a mandated health benefit; amend KRS 6.955, relating to fiscal notes for bills affecting local government; amend KRS 6.960, relating to preparation of fiscal notes; amend KRS 6.965, relating to the contents of fiscal notes; EMERGENCY.
