AN ACT relating to fetal homicide.
Amend KRS 507.010 to include unborn child within the definition of person for purposes of the criminal homicide statutes.
SB 41 - AMENDMENTS
HFA (1, R. Palumbo) - Replace provisions of bill with a new section amending KRS 507.010 to define "person" as that term is used in the homicide statutes to include a viable fetus, thus allowing a viable fetus to be the victim of a criminal homicide.
