AN ACT relating to insurance fraud.
     Amend KRS 304.47-055 to allow the commissioner of the Department of Insurance to receive and disclose information to local, state, federal, or international law enforcement agencies in the investigation of fraud, and to comply with subpoenas or other court orders in a criminal proceeding.
