AN ACT relating to the planning and zoning near military installations.
Amend KRS 100.187 to require planning units to make provisions for the accommodation for military installations within 50 miles of their boundaries, establish the goal of minimizing conflicts and establish areas for consultation.
SB 47 - AMENDMENTS
SCA (1, E. Tori) - Amend Senate Bill 47 to require comprehensive plans to take into account military installations in counties containing or abutting counties containing planning units.
