AN ACT relating to crimes against children.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 413 to specify that there is no statute of limitations for bringing a civil action as a result of a felony sexual offense against a child, retroactive; amend KRS 72.410 relating to provision of information to a coroner, to provide that the clergy-penitent privilege does not apply when the penitent is another member of the clergy; amend KRS 620.050 relating to reporting of child abuse to provide that the clergy-penitent privilege does not apply when the penitent is another member of the clergy.
