AN ACT relating to fees for organ donation.
     Amend KRS 186.531, relating to fees for nondriver's identification cards, instruction permits, and driver's licenses, to revise the fee donation process for persons electing to participate in the organ donor program by providing for $1.00 of the current cost of an identification card, instruction permit, or driver's license to be retained by the circuit clerk and used to promote organ donation; delete provisions requiring that an additional $1.00 fee be requested to be donated to the organ donor program.
