AN ACT relating to conditions of probation and conditional discharge.
Amend KRS 533.030, relating to conditions of probation and conditional discharge, to authorize the court to include as such a condition the payment of a dollar amount to a crime stoppers organization and a Drug Abuse Resistance Education (D.A.R.E) program or similar program.
SB 66 - AMENDMENTS
HCS - Amend to require crime stoppers fund be paid to crime stoppers organization in the jurisdiction of the sentencing court and to cap both crime stoppers and DARE amounts at $250.
