AN ACT relating to state personnel.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 18A to prohibit discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation in state employment decisions; amend KRS 18A.005, 18A.095, 18A.140, and 278.050 to conform; and specify that employment decisions in primary and secondary schools are exempt from the prohibition on discrimination based on sexual orientation.
