AN ACT relating to payment of alcoholic beverage license fees.
     Amend KRS 243.380 to require that applications for alcoholic beverage licenses be accompanied by payment; require that payment be by certified check, cash, postal or express money order, or any other method of payment approved in writing by both the Finance and Administration Cabinet and the Office of the State Treasurer.
