AN ACT relating to jurisdiction of courts of justice.
     Amend KRS 24A.230 to increase the jurisdictional amount of the small claims division of district court to three thousand dollars; amend KRS 24A.120 to increase the jurisdictional amount for civil claims in the district court to six thousand five hundred dollars; and make technical amendment to KRS 24A.210.
