SB 92 (BR 959) - V. Moore
AN ACT relating to special license plates.
Repeal ten sections of KRS Chapter 186 to eliminate every special license plate passed during the 2000 Regular Session and prior which has not received the minimum 900 applications; amend KRS 186.186 to conform.
SB 92 - AMENDMENTS
HFA (1, K. Upchurch) - Retain the provisions of the GA Copy of SB 92 and add a new section to reduce the minimum number of requests required for any type of special license plate from 900 to 100.
HFA (2/P, S. Riggs) - Retain the provisions of the GA Copy of SB 92 and attach the provisions of the GA Copy of HB 239.
HFA (3/P, T. Burch) - Attach the provisions of HB 292.
HFA (4/Title, T. Burch) - Make title amendment.
