AN ACT relating to instructional resources.
Amend KRS 156.439 to permit local school districts to delay purchase of instructional resources for up to two years beyond the regular adoption cycle unless a state allocation is provided for the purchase.
SB 99 - AMENDMENTS
SCA (1, D. Karem) - Retain original provisions of the bill, but change from two years to one year the length of time that a local district may delay the purchase of instructional materials beyond the regular adoption cycle.
