Create a legislative task force on services and supports to individuals with acquired brain injuries; require recommendations for accurate assessment of the incidence of acquired brain injuries, changes to administrative regulations, and strategies to develop inpatient services, decriminalization, and increased education and employment services; specify membership; require report to the Legislative Research Commission by January 15, 2004.
