     AN ACT relating to military discharge papers.
     Amend KRS 422.090 to establish procedures for county clerks to follow in the release and the destruction of military discharge papers.

Seum) - Add a provision with regard to military discharge papers filed with the county clerk before the effective date of the Act and commingled with documents unrelated to military discharge; grant a county clerk handling such discharge papers the discretion to decide whether to comply with certain provisions of the Act.
