     AN ACT relating to county detectives.
     Amend KRS 69.360 to specify that county detectives hired by county attorneys have the power of arrest in the county and the right to execute process statewide.

Horlander) - Amend Section 1 to give county detectives hired by county attorneys in counties containing a consolidated local government the power of arrest in the county and the right to execute process statewide; require county detectives with these powers to be certified in accordance with KRS 15.380 to KRS 15.404: amend KRS 15.380 to conform.
