     Amend KRS 23A.070 to specify numbering and naming of divisions and family court divisions in the Thirtieth Judicial Circuit for election and other purposes; permit candidate to expend funds from a previously created campaign accounts for election to a division of the Thirtieth Judicial Circuit; amend KRS 118A.045 to conform.
