Amend KRS 12.020 to abolish Prevailing Wage Review Board; amend KRS 99.480 to remove prevailing wage requirements from urban renewal and community development agency contracts for work; amend KRS 227.487 to restate the basis for determining the maximum electrical inspection fee; amend KRS 337.010 to eliminate definitions relating to prevailing wages; amend KRS 337.990 to abolish penalties for prevailing wage violations at the state level; amend KRS 337.420, 337.423, 337.425, 337.427, 337.430 and 337.433 to conform.
