     AN ACT relating to mobile infrared electronic transmitters.
     Create a new section of KRS 189.910 to 189.950, regarding emergency vehicles, to define "MIRET", prohibit the use of mobile infrared transmitters to change traffic signals unless operating an emergency vehicle, and set penalties for violation.
