     AN ACT relating to enterprise zones.
     Extend the duration of an enterprise zone designation by five years; allow expired zones to be reinstated; specify that reinstated zones shall retain the date of their original designation for purposes of determining when the zones will expire; specify that qualified businesses and individuals who reside within zones to be reinstated shall not be eligible to apply retroactively for a refund on taxes paid.
