     AN ACT relating to nonresident student contracts.
     Amend KRS 157.350 to allow two local school districts to enter into a nonresident student contract for more than one year; identify criteria that may be used to determine distribution of state funding if two local school districts cannot agree upon a nonresident student contract.

     HCS - Retain original provisions of the bill, except amend KRS 157.350 to remove the criteria to be used by the Commissioner of Education and the Kentucky Board of Education when determining the outcome of an appeal of a nonresident student contract between school districts.
