     Amend KRS 16.010 to add definition of "continuous service"; amend KRS 16.055, relating to State Police promotions, to make changes to the terms and conditions of promotions to sergeant, lieutenant, and captain; change requirement from three years to one year of continuous service at each rank for promotion at the next level; EFFECTIVE January 1, 2006.
