AN ACT relating to crimes and punishments.
Create a new section of KRS Chapter 510 to define "entice" and establish the offense of enticement by telecommunications device; prohibit enticement of a person under the age of sixteen by telecommunications device to engage in certain illegal sexual activity; establish forfeiture of personal property used in the commission or furtherance of the enticement; define criminal penalties for enticement; amend KRS 510.010 to create a definition for "telecommunications device."
