HB 210 (BR 1041) - S. Riggs, S. Brinkman
AN ACT relating to management districts.
Amend KRS 91.750 relating to management districts to include consolidated local governments in the definitions relating to such districts; amend KRS 91.752 to permit a consolidated local government to establish a management district; amend KRS 91.754 to delete language which would limit district assessments to 5 years; amend KRS 91.756 to delete language relating to the contents of the ordinance creating a management district; amend KRS 91.758 to make reference to consolidated local governments; amend KRS 91.760 to permit representatives of property owners to be members of the board of directors, include reference to consolidated local governments, and permit board members to be removed by the executive authority for violation of board rules, regulations, or operating procedures upon recommendation of the board and permit the board to borrow money on a long term basis; and amend KRS 91.762 to delete requirement that the district be renewed every 5 years and make technical corrections.
HB 210 - AMENDMENTS
SFA (1, R. Roeding) - Add and amend KRS 100.117 to exempt independent planning units existing in a county that has all or part of a joint planning unit on the effective date of the Act from having to conduct an interrogation, being subject to an interrogation, or being subject to dissolution under the provisions of KRS 100.117.
SFA (2/Title, R. Roeding) - Make title amendment.
