HB 219 (BR 923) - M. Cherry, T. Pullin

     AN ACT relating to the Firefighters Foundation Program Trust Fund.
     Amend KRS 95A.262 to increase annual allotment to fire departments, increase allotment if half or more of firefighters are certified; amend KRS 95A.250 to increase the payment to local governments if firefighters are certified, add annual payments to KCTCS and Kentucky Air National Guard for each qualified fire and rescue coordinator employed; amend KRS 95A.280 to add reporting requirements.
