AN ACT relating to status offenders.
Amend KRS 610.265 and KRS 630.080, pertaining to the detention of children in specified facilities, to delete provisions permitting courts to receive oral reports before ordering status offenders securely detained for violating a valid court order; require courts to review only written, rather than both written and oral, reports.
