AN ACT relating to the disposal of state parks' real property.
Require the Department of Parks to receive authorization from the General Assembly prior to disposing of real property owned by the Commonwealth and managed by the Department of Parks.
HB 235 - AMENDMENTS
HFA (1/P, M. Denham) - Amend KRS 148.021 and 158.026 to prohibit the commissioner of the Department of Parks for directing or enforcing any policy restricting the use of the state park lodging, campground or any of its facilities by any off duty employee; attach provisions of SB 3.
HFA (2/Title, M. Denham) - Make title amendment.
SFA (1, J. Denton) - Retain the original provisions of the bill; limit the requirement of notification to counties containing a consolidated local government.
