     AN ACT relating to the General Assembly.
     Amend KRS 248.723 to require the Tobacco Settlement Agreement Fund Oversight Committee to meet within 30 days of an Agricultural Development Board meeting if the board allocates tobacco settlement funds; delete the time the Tobacco Settlement Agreement Fund Oversight Committee has to respond in regard to an Agricultural Development action.

McGaha) - Require the Tobacco Settlement Fund Oversight Committee to meet within 30 days of an action taken by the Agricultural Development Board to allocate any of the state portion of the tobacco settlement funds; prohibit the oversight committee from meeting more than once per calendar month absent authorization from the Legislative Research Commission.
