     AN ACT relating to railroads.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 277 to require a railroad to remove animal carcasses within 48 hours of being notified by an animal control officer; allow local animal control officers to go onto railroad property after the 48-hour deadline to retrieve and dispose of animal carcasses; allow charging a railroad company a fee of up to $250 per removal and disposal of a carcass.
