HB 252 (BR 1001) - T. Feeley, J. Draud

     AN ACT relating to an income tax surcharge for medical cost reimbursement.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 141 to assess a surcharge against individual income tax, to be removed when American troops deployed in Iraq fall below 25,000; create new sections of KRS Chapter 36 to establish and fund the Military Family Medical and Dental Trust Fund, direct that funds are to be used to reimburse Kentuckians on active military duty for out of pocket medical expenses.
