AN ACT relating to the letting of work by water districts.
Amend KRS 74.260 to delete the prohibition that bids awarded on a lump-sum basis cannot exceed estimated costs except as specified.

HFA (1, J. Gooch Jr) - Create a new section of Subchapter 10 of KRS Chapter 224 to provide that an engineer's seal shall not be required if a public or semipublic water supply completed project cost does not exceed $10,000.
