HB 270/CI (BR 1038) - K. Stein, R. Palumbo

     AN ACT relating to long-term care facility inspections.
     Amend KRS 216.530 to make the intentional notification of a long-term care facility of a scheduled or contemplated inspection visit a Class D felony; subject the person that violates this provision to a civil fine of $5,000 to be deposited in the cabinet's fraud, waste, and abuse recovery fund.
