     AN ACT proposing an amendment to Section 170 of the Constitution of Kentucky relating to property taxation.
     Propose an amendment to the Constitution to exempt public property owned by another state or political subdivision from the property tax if the other state or political subdivision provides a similar exemption for property owned by Kentucky or one of its political subdivisions.
