AN ACT relating to employment.
Create a new section of KRS Chapter 337.420 to 337.433 to declare the need for pay equity in private and public workplaces; amend KRS 337.420 to make antidiscrimination provisions applicable to employers with eight or more employees; amend KRS 337.423 to prohibit wage discrimination on the basis of sex, race, or national origin; and delete reference to the Fair Labor Standards Act.
