Amend KRS 21A.110 to remove gender-specific language with regard to retired judges called back to service.

HB 303 - AMENDMENTS

     HCS - Replace original text of bill with provisions to increase the number of Circuit Judges by one judge in the 8th, 10th, 13th, 20th, 27th, 38th, 42nd, 53rd, and 55th Judicial Circuits; reduce by one the number of District Judges in the 8th Judicial District; provide various delayed effective dates.

     HCA (1/Title, G. Lindsay) - Delete the original title and insert AN ACT relating to the Court of Justice.

     HFA (1, J. Vincent) - Add an additional circuit judgeship in the thirty-second judicial circuit consisting of Boyd county.
