AN ACT relating to the establishment of the Off-Road Motorcycle and ATV Commission.
Create new sections of KRS Chapter 176 to establish an Off-road Motorcycle and ATV Commission; establish membership and duties of the commission; attach commission to the Transportation Cabinet for administrative purposes.
