     AN ACT relating to access control to highways.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 177 to allow partial control of access on the Hal Rogers Parkway in accordance with KRS 177.315.

     HFA (1, T. Couch) - Delete references to KRS 177.315 and instead give Transportation Cabinet the responsibility for establishing minimum spacing requirements and the manner in which access is granted and set a minimum spacing requirement for access of 1,200 feet.
