     Amend KRS 381.770 to establish certain definitions, and include junked, and wrecked automobiles, vehicles, machines, and mobile homes or manufactured homes that are junked, wrecked, or nonoperative and uninhabited, and other items excluding inoperative farm equipment to be within the definition of prohibited items to be on property, and exclude licensed automotive recycling dealers
