     AN ACT relating to motion picture piracy.
     Create new sections of KRS Chapter 434 to prohibit the recording of all or part of a motion picture in a theater without the consent of the theater owner, with an exception for government agents engaged in lawful investigative or other activities; allow a theater owner with probable cause to believe a person has criminally recorded a motion picture at a theater to detain that person to obtain their identity, investigate the offense, and summon police.
