AN ACT relating to weights and measures.
Create a new section of KRS Chapter 363.520 to 363.850 to permit the Commissioner of Agriculture to promulgate administrative regulations establishing fees for servicing or inspecting tobacco moisture-testing devices; amend KRS 363.510 to clarify that tobacco moisture-testing devices are included in the definition of "weights and measures."
