     AN ACT relating to the General Assembly.
     Direct the Legislative Research Commission to establish a program making legislative aides available to chairs of standing committees during sessions; require a chair desiring an aide to notify the director of the LRC; require position to be nonpartisan; direct that qualifications, job description, and schedule be established by the LRC; require an aide to a committee chair to be paid a stipend not to exceed that of interns in the LRC intern program.
