HB 44 (BR 211) - Dw. Butler

     AN ACT relating to operator's licenses.
     Amend KRS 186.540 to eliminate the requirement to obtain a corrected driver's license resulting from an address change if a person's street name or address was changed, and the person did not physically move to a new residence.

HB 44 - AMENDMENTS


     HCS - Require that a person whose address changes but does not move the location of residence report the address change to the circuit clerk and receive a free replacement license.
