AN ACT relating to postsecondary institution debt.
Create new sections and amend existing sections of KRS 48 and 164A to provide a process for postsecondary institutions to issue auxiliary enterprises agency revenue bonds or hospital agency revenue bonds upon authorization by the General Assembly; and require all postsecondary institutions' general fund-supported bonds to be issued by the State Property and Buildings Commission unless otherwise approved by the Finance and Administration Cabinet.
