     AN ACT relating to state prisoners.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 197 to require the Department to levy a 5% transaction fee on the transaction when a inmate accesses an inmate account; amend KRS 439.315 to increase the minimum felony probation or parole supervision fee to $25; amend KRS 532.050 to impose a fee for the preparation of a presentence investigation; amend KRS 533.030 to require at least a $20 fee for drug or alcohol tests for persons placed on parole or conditional discharge where that testing is ordered by the court.
